Kasey Keller's diving stop of Chris Wondolowski last Saturday at Buck Stadium not only kept the reigning Golden Boot winner off the board in a crucial game. It was also the best save of the week.
The Seattle Sounders veteran captured nearly 34 percent of the vote to win his first MLS Save of the Week honor of the 2011 season, narrowly topping a tip save by Houston's Tally Hall on Red Bulls striker Thierry Henry. Keller turned Wondolowski aside after the San Jose star worked his way into the penalty box and let fly a scorching right-footed shot from just inside the penalty box in the ninth minute of the eventual 2-2 draw.
