The MLS mascot matchup is getting serious. Last week, we announced the start of our own March bracket, with a “play-in round” to determine which teams’ official mascots would make it to our first bracket of eight. (In case you missed it — we didn’t start with a bracket of 16, because there are only 15 official mascots among the league’s 20 teams, and two of those are from the Colorado Rapids.)
We asked you to pick your top eight favorites. Here’s who survived this round, and will continue on to our bracket on Thursday, Mar. 24. They’re listed in order of most to least votes:
