We can gawk at them for hours. If you're a soccer fan you know exactly what I'm talking about: soccer jerseys.
And the world of virtual kit design seemingly exploits that weakness to no end.
We have our latest masterpiece gallery this week courtesy of soccer fan/design extraordinaire Nick Leimbach, who has created 102 different soccer jerseys for the 50 states of the United States and the District of Columbia, both home and away.
And oh, man, some of them are absolutely incredible.
You can see some of our favorites below, but if you'd like to check out the entire gallery — and again, it's worth doing — head on over here.
Massachusetts, home:
Colorado, home:
Kentucky, home (for the Wildcat fans out there):
Kentucky, away (presumably for the Cardinals faithful):
Ohio, away:
There, that settles it; I want a 50-states-and-one-district national soccer tournament organized immediately, just so these jerseys get made and I can buy half of them. Once again, the entire gallery can be found, here.
