If Columbus Crew SC are going to get a win on Sunday against the New York Red Bulls, they will have to do it without one of their most important pieces from the start.
Federico Higuain was left out of Crew SC's starting XI by head coach Gregg Berhalter after leading his team in their Knockout Round win against D.C. United. The Argentine played all 120 minutes and had both goals, while finishing his penalty kick in the shootout. Berhalter opted to start Luis Argudo and Patrick Mullins in his stead.
