FC Dallas signed a third player from their 2016 SuperDraft class on Wednesday, when they announced that they’ve agreed to a deal with third-round pick Colin Bonner.
The 45th overall selection in the January SuperDraft, Bonner played four seasons at UNC-Wilmington, scoring 23 goals and adding 15 assists in 75 starts for the Seahawks.
The 6-foot-4 forward is the third 2016 pick to sign with FC Dallas this week. First- and second-round selections Ryan Herman and Timo Pitter inked deals on Monday.
FCD now have 26 roster spots filled, two shy of the league limit. The club will open their 2016 season on Sunday, when they host the Philadelphia Union at Toyota Stadium (3 pm ET, MLS LIVE).
