Goalkeepers

He’s pricey, but Philadelphia's Andre Blake has kept a clean sheet in both home appearances this season and he’s back at Talen Energy Stadium against a San Jose squad that have lost two straight on the road (7 pm ET; TV & streaming info).

Defenders

In a week where there aren’t many clear cut defensive options, seeking out players that can contribute points regardless of clean sheet or attacking points is a warranted strategy.

Impact center back Victor Cabrera has been a bonus point magnet over the last two weeks, racking up 16 bonus points through a combination of multiple defensive contributions. He did all of that on the road, so I’m confident that he can continue to churn out serviceable numbers at New England on Friday (7:30 pm ET; TSN1/4, TVAS — full TV & streaming info).

Forwards

Fireworks are expected when Atlanta United host LAFC on Saturday. Josef Martinez already has four goals in two home games and he’s in prime position to add to that total. A case can be made for Zlatan Ibrahimovic after he showcased his goalscoring exploits in Week 5, but he’s no guarantee to start which makes rostering him a risky venture considering the Galaxy play in the last game of the week against Sporting KC (Sunday, 9 pm ET; FS1 — full TV & streaming info).
