Ignacio Piatti is back and his best spot is on the left wing. Lassi Lappalainen was one of the most exciting young players in the league last year and his best spot is on the left wing. Their one move this winter was trading for Romell Quioto, a Honduran international whose best spot is... the left wing. I'd also argue that Bojan Krkic's best spot is the left wing.
That's four of their highest-paid, nominally best players. This is weird.
