ESPN Films' "30 for 30" film series is going all-in for this summer's World Cup in Brazil.
The Worldwide Leader announced on Saturday a two-month long, soccer-specific film series, entitled 30 for 30: Soccer Stories, which will consist of a pair of feature-length films and six half-hour documentary films that will cast the net far and wide over some the games most famous — and infamous — events.

Soccer Stories will kick off in April and serve as a cornerstone of ESPN's soccer content surrounding the World Cup itself.
Among some of the film titles for this spring's soccer mini-series are "Hillsborough," "White, Blue and White," — a feature on the Falklands War between Argentina and England, and the effect it had on a pair of Argentinian stars playing for Tottenham at the time — "Barbosa – The Man Who Made All of Brazil Cry," "Ceasefire Massacre" and "Maradona ’86."
The 30 for 30 series' only previous venture into the soccer world, The Two Escobars, the tragic tale of Andrés Escobar's death following the 1994 World Cup, was released during the summer of 2010.
ESPN has not yet released a trailer for any of the Soccer Stories films, but you can bet that when they do, you'll be able to find them on MLSsoccer.com.
