The Darwin Quintero Experience is typically a fun one, with entertainment, skills and dancing, but there was two minutes in Minnesota United's match against the Colorado Rapids on Wednesday that traversed the full gamut of emotions.
In the 37th minute, Quintero stepped up to take a penalty with Clint Irwin staring back at him from 12-yards away. Quintero clipped a lofted effort to his left, which Irwin easily swatted away.
It wouldn't take long for Quintero to make up for it.
Mere two minutes later, after a wonderful through ball from Kevin Molino, Quintero was 1v1 with Irwin again. This time, he would make no mistakes.
It was Quintero's eighth goal of the season. His goal celebration wasn't delayed too long.
