The 2016 AT&T MLS All-Star Game will air in a record 166 countries and territories worldwide — including, for the first time, in one of the United States' closest neighbors.

An agreement between MLS and the Cuban Institute of Radio and Television (ICRT) will allow the match — set for next Thursday, July 28 against English Premier League side Arsenal in San Jose, Calif. â€” to be broadcast in that country. The deal is the latest in a series of international television partnerships struck over the past year.

As part of the agreement with ICRT, the Cuban broadcaster also will promote the US national team's friendly in Havana on Oct. 7, the first US national team match in Cuba since a World Cup qualifier in 2008.

In the United States and Canada, the All-Star Game will be broadcast on ESPN, UniMás, UDN, TSN, and RDS. ESPN’s broadcast will be amplified globally via ESPN International, including in the Caribbean, Latin America, Australia and New Zealand.
