AMSTERDAM – Molde FK netminder Ethan Horvath notched his first career Tippeligaen assist on the late capper in a 4-1 road rout of Quentin Westberg and Sarpsborg 08 on Friday night.
Both American 'keepers had a solid night in goal, with Westberg piling up five saves to Horvath's one. The Sarpsborg backstop also rang up five cross captures.
Horvath (pictured above) lost his shutout in the 90th minute and then responded with a long helper. His boot picked out Ola Kamara and the Molde striker lobbed home his third of the game to restore a three-goal margin.
The win pushed Horvath's pro record to a bulletproof 6-0-1 and the defending champs up to third place. Meanwhile, seventh-place Sarpsborg dropped their third straight league decision.
