will take place on
Wednesday, August 14
, at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta (8 p.m. ET kickoff). The
2018 MLS Cup champions Atlanta United
will host the Liga MX champions Club America. Liga MX's Tigres UANL won the inaugural Campeones Cup against 2017 MLS Cup winners Toronto FC.

The Campeones Cup
is a yearly event that is part of a larger, multi-year collaboration between MLS and Liga MX. The event is designed to bring fans from the U.S., Mexico and Canada together in a show of unity, while also fueling a rivalry between two of the world’s most competitive soccer leagues.
