San Jose Ultras
Habitat: Sections 117 and 118, behind the goal at the enclosed end of Avaya Stadium. They can also be found before home games in the corner of the Silver Lot.
Visual Identification: Flags, smoke (although not in the stadium) and tifo. They're also often seen shirtless.
Defining Characteristics: By far the Quakes’ largest supporters' group, the Ultras have been unabashedly loud – home and away – since their formation in 2005 with the club's expansion rebirth.
Songs and Calls: Selections include “Heart of an Ultra,” “Since I Was Born,” and a little ditty involving the LA Galaxy and a certain bodily function.
The Casbah
Habitat: The supporters' terrace, at field level below sections 117 and 118. They tailgate in the Gold Lot at Avaya.
Defining Characteristics: The OGs of Quakes SGs, the Casbah name refers to the moniker of San Jose’s founding MLS team, the Clash, who sported the infamous white/yellow/teal jerseys.
The Faultline
Habitat: The supporters' terrace, at field level below sections 117 and 118. They also tailgate in the Gold Lot at Avaya.
Defining Characteristics: The Faultline was formed in 2013 as an alternative to the Ultras.
