One of the top up-and-coming FIFA gamers in the world, Alex Gonzalaz-Aldana – aka Exraa CA – signed with Vancouver Whitecaps FC for the 2020 eMLS season after spending time as an aspiring player in the club’s Whitecaps FC BMO Saskatchewan Academy Centre. The Canadian burst onto the scene during the FIFA 19 season. The 18-year-old finished the season as the second ranked Canadian on PS4 during the FIFA Global Series, and fourth ranked in North America. He ended ninth at his debut at the FUT Champions Cup in Atlanta, and finished fifth at the Gfinity Series in London, England. Born in Seattle Washington, Exraa moved to Guadalajara, Mexico at a young age. At age 12 he relocated to Vancouver, British Columbia before later landing in Regina, Saskatchewan. During the cold winters in Saskatchewan, he was driven indoors to take on competitive gaming. Now Exraa is set to represent the Blue and White of Whitecaps FC and push to stake his claim to the eMLS Cup throne.
