We’re over two-thirds of the way through the regular season, but four MLS teams have yet to lose a home match.
FC Dallas, Colorado Rapids, Real Salt Lake and LA Galaxy – who just happen to be the top four teams in the West – are all unbeaten at home in regular season action this year. Supporters’ Shield frontrunners FCD and Colorado have the two best home records, both posting 9-0-3 marks through 12 of their 17 home matches. RSL and LA, who will host Dallas in a US Open Cup semifinal on Wednesday night (10 pm ET; ESPN2), are a bit further back, each sitting at 6-0-5 through their first 11 home games.
Dallas’ home unbeaten run actually extends back into last season, with the team currently on a 17-game regular season home unbeaten streak – the longest such run in club history.
While FCD’s streak is impressive, it’s still well short of the Houston Dynamo’s league-record 30-game run set from July 2011 to April 2013.
Curious what your team’s best home unbeaten run is? We’ve got you covered – check out the table below for the best regular season home unbeaten streaks of every team in MLS history.
