The CONCACAF Champions League is going digital.
Along with having games broadcasted in Spanish on Univision, CONCACAF will stream live English-language productions of the group-stage matches of the upcoming tournament for free.
The games will be streamed onCONCACAF's Facebook page and the official CONCACAF Champions League Facebook page via the Facebook Live platform, giving fans in the United States and Canada a chance to both watch the matches and comment on them.
All 48 games during the group stage will be produced by CONCACAF TV, and in-game highlights and pre- and post-game coverage will also be included.
The first match that will be streamed will be on Tuesday night at 8 pm ET when the Vancouver Whitecaps and Trinidad side Central FC collide. Other MLS teams in action this week are the New York Red Bulls (Weds., 8 pm ET vs. Antigua), Portland Timbers (Weds., 10 pm ET vs. Dragón), and FC Dallas (Thurs., 8 pm ET vs. Real EstelÃ).
