AMSTERDAM – Bob Bradley endured a highly frustrating Ligue 2 debut from the Le Havre sideline as the visitors' dominance went unrewarded in a 0-0 draw at Brest.

Bradley's new charges came out of the gate for this one as if possessed, with no less than four big scoring chances going to waste inside the opening 20 minutes of play. They almost entirely controlled the proceeding for the first half-hour and ended the frame with 10 shots on goal.

The second half opened with Le Havre striker Ghislain Gimbert denied on a cracking volley and ended shortly after Dylan Louiserre saw a last-gasp effort cruelly cleared from the Brest line. Though the tough result halted their four-game Ligue 2 win streak, the fourth place Sky-and-Navy extended their league shutout run to 357 minutes.

Over in the English Premier League, DeAndre Yedlin watched on from the away dugout as Sunderland scored a 1-0 victory at Crystal Palace. Thanks to a late strike from former Toronto FC man Jermain Defoe, the Black Cats climbed to within a point of the safety zone.
