Midfielder2012: Joined the Pittsburgh Riverhounds of the USL Pro league in April… Saw action in 18 games… Scored six goals during the season … was named to the 2nd Team USL PRO All-League.
2011: Following his junior year at UM, signed with the Red Bulls… Become their third Homegrown player on the senior squad… Made his MLS debut on May 28, 2011 during a 1-1 tie with Vancouver Whitecaps FC… Started his first match for New York playing the full 90 in a 2-1 victory over FC New York in the US Open Cup … played in four matches with NY before being waived in February 2012.
College: Was very successful in the New York Red Bulls’ youth academy but passed on the chance to play with the team to instead attend the University of Maryland... During his first year in College Park helped lead the team to the 2008 NCAA Championship title, along with fellow Union player Zac MacMath… Stayed at the University of Maryland for three years appearing in 68 matches and scored 11 goals and recorded 24 assists… His 11 assists in 2010 landed him seventh all-time on Maryland's single-season list and his 24 career assists are sixth-best all-time in program history... Named TopDrawerSoccer.com Rookie of the Year and All-ACC Freshman Team honors in 2008… Earned First Team All-ACC selection and TopDrawerSoccer.com National Team of the Year (First Team) as a junior… Was a member of the New York Red Bull NPSL squad.
High School: Is from Bridgewater Township, N.J., where he attended Bridgewater-Raritan High School... A two-time NSCAA High School All-American, New Jersey Player of the Year by the NSCAA, and NJ Gatorade Player of the Year as a senior… Also a three-time all-state honoree … Led BRHS to beck-to-back state championships in 2005 and 2006…. Following high school he was ranked as high as number nine in the recruiting rankings by both ESPN RISE and TopDrawerSoccer.com.
International Experience: Has had international experience with the United States U-15, U-18, and U-20 teams...Saw action in three matches with the US U-18 team during the 2007 Lisbon Tournament… Went with U-20 team for three games against English Premier League reserve teams in 2008.
