Montreal Impact defender Daniel Kinumbe has undergone successful meniscus surgery on his right knee and is out for the season, the club announced Tuesday.
Kinumbe, a 20-year-old Homegrown, made his MLS debut on June 5, starting and playing 65 minutes. It was his only league appearance of the season.
The Impact are next in action on Saturday against the Philadelphia Union (8 pm ET | TVAS — Full TV & streaming info).
